Lots to do for older people
The Healthy Living Programme encourages and supports people from the ages of 60+ to over 100 to remain active and enjoy a healthy and fun lifestyle according to their interests and abilities. The programme is run at the Guild Care Centre, Methold House, North Street, Worthing.
They offer a wide range of exercises, activities, wellbeing therapies, lunches, games and entertainment throughout the week. So whether you are just looking for good company, an opportunity to try something different and make new friends or just want to pop in for zumba, pilates, tai chi or yoga, then please don't wait any longer - come along.
In addition they provide a 2 course home cooked lunch for £4.40 and a variety of healthy snacks, salads and cakes at Oscar's coffee bar.
Activities for over 50s
The Guild Care Centre is a great place to join an exercise class, have a cup of coffee and relax with friends of the same age.
They offer a choice of exercises during the week to cover a range of fitness activities and interests. Why not go along and join in the fun?

Tuesdays: Line dancing, 3.15pm
Wednesdays: Short mat bowls, 3.15pm
Thursdays: Zumba fitness, 3.30pm
First Friday of each month: Nordic walking, 11.30am
Fridays: Zumba fitness, 4.15pm
Outdoor gym open weekdays 9am - 5pm (except Thursday) and alternate Saturdays until 3pm
