Impulse Leisure's Refer Me 2 programme is designed to enable GPs or other health professionals to refer high risk patients to their specially designed course aimed at boosting health, fitness and wellbeing.
The Group Based Physical Activity on Referral Programme offers Emotional Wellbeing sessions every Thursday afternoon. They also run Cancer, Cardiac, Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity programmes at separate times too.
