The Break 4 Change programme supports parents/carers and young people in building healthy relationships. The programme aims to help families break patterns where a young person in the home is controlling the home environment, being violent or aggresive towards a parent, putting a parent down and/or making threats. Both child and parent/carer can attend this programme at the same time.
Please note that families cannot self-refer to this programme; referral must come from a professional e.g. IPEH or Social Care.
