If this is your first time in the kitchen or you are only comfortable cooking 2 or 3 recipes, then this is the course for you! Join the NourishEd Team for a free, online community cookery course, and learn how to use your free slow cooker, donated by The Food Pioneers.
Across the 4 week programme we’ll grow your confidence to try new foods, exploring simple techniques that will create tasty and healthy meals within your budget.
In our safe, welcoming and online environment you will:
- Try delicious, and wholesome one-pot recipes
- Learn essential cookery skills
- Grow your knowledge around healthy eating
- Avoid unnecessary food waste to make the most of your money

How it works
You’ll meet the NourishEd team from UKHarvest for a 1-hour live Zoom session every week, where you will receive a recipe card and link to a cook-a-long video to follow in your own time. We’ll discuss cooking tips and nutritional benefits, so you’ll leave the session feeling confident and excited to try your new recipe.
