What clients say about the programme
“After losing 3bls I already feel I have more energy and I sleep well. At last my trousers are much looser! I have found my gym programme really challenging but fun and I get upset if I can’t make it as it is now part of my weekly routine. I would recommend this scheme, everyone at Impulse Leisure make me feel welcome.”
“I was referred for my high blood pressure and weight loss. I found the sessions varied but challenging. When I started I was only able to complete 2 minutes on the cross trainer, now I can do 10! I have lost 20lbs and no longer need medication for my blood pressure.”
