Barnado's run a health service for young people aged 16-25 with a disability living in West Sussex, covering both 1:1 work and group work.
The 1:1 work focusses on short term pieces of work tailored to the young person's health needs e.g. accessing a local gym to lose weight and increase fitness.
The group work is an evening group for 3 hours (5.30 - 8.30pm) which runs for 12 weeks. It usually focusses on a health workshop, such as fitness, and cook a healthy evening meal.
