It is estimated that around 7 million people in the UK have pre-diabetes and thus have a high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes.
Our pre-diabetes programme has been developed to help prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes by reducing the risks and allowing people to take control for themselves. The course helps participants set small manageable goals to help avoid developing Type 2 diabetes. Diet, physical activity and other lifestyle factors are the main focuses.

Health Champions Training offer cook and eat courses giving people practical help to make meals from scratch.
If you aren’t able to get to a computer, you could go to your local library and borrow some recipe books. They also have computers that are free to use if you are a member, get online and explore!
