Parkrun, your way to a healthier year!

Parkrun is a free, weekly 5k run meeting every Saturday at 9am starting at Splashpoint area at Worthing promenade, Brighton Road.

It isn’t a race and you can take the whole family, even the dog can join in. You’ll be cheered on by a supportive team of volunteer marshals.
