Dehydration means your body loses more fluids than you take in. If it isn't treated it can get worse and become a serious problem. Babies, children and the elderly are more at risk of dehydration. Tea, coffee, energy drinks and alcohol make us urinate more so we might become dehydrated if we don't replace the fluid we lose...drinking plain water is the best way of hydrating yourself.

You can spice up your water with fruit and/or herbs. You can also EAT your water! Fruit, veg and soup all have high water content.
