Wellbeing support for your staff

Wellbeing assessments in the workplace

Support your staff to keep healthy and well. We are giving free Wellbeing Assessments to employers and staff in the Adur and Worthing area.

Our trained Advisors use accurate body analysis scales to calculate your BMI, hydration and visceral fat amongst other things. We offer a free one-to-one consultation to identify small changes that can make a big difference such as losing weight, stopping smoking, reducing alcohol and getting more active.

Employee wellbeing has become a key issue for employers as organisations face the costs and potential impact of high absence levels and employee ill-health.

If you would like to arrange for a Wellbeing Advisor to visit your workplace please call us on 01903 221450 or email us

See this video from Mid Sussex Wellbeing (YouTube - new window) which gives a feel for  what is involved when a Wellbeing Advisor visits a workplace. For an overview of the service and testamonies from local businesses, take a look at our new and updated Adur & Worthing Wellbeing Workplace Health brochure (PDF 2.11MB - new window).

Success stories

"I found it very informative and helpful for my general wellbeing.  This was not just about weight and BMI but showed fat% and water% information. You were very helpful in the details that you shared with me. So much so that I have shared with colleagues and family how useful and interesting it was.

It has shown us the importance of making sure we drink regularly and exercise more often and doing different types of routines.

It was also good to hear you reinforce about the balance of food types, exercise (for fitness stamina) and sleep. It was a really good experience and I have recommended it to all my colleagues as well. Thank you."

"Just wanted to thank you for yesterday, everyone is raving about the MOT’s (assessment) and, as you said, I’ve had loads of people calling me today asking to get booked in for your next free slot!"
