Parkrun, your way to a healthier year!

Parkrun is a free, weekly 5k run or walk, meeting every Saturday at 9am currently there is one in Worthing, Lancing and Shoreham.

Worthing starts at Splashpoint area at Worthing promenade, Brighton Road

Lancing Beach Green starts on the green outide the cafe on Beach Green

Shoreham Downs Link starts on the Downs Link path under the flyover bridge

It isn’t a race, you can run or walk the 5K and you can take the whole family, even the dog can join in. You’ll be cheered on by a supportive team of volunteer marshals.
